The Thomas George Tower is an 18-story luxury condominium building featuring 60 high-end residences in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene. With breathtaking views overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene, McEuen Park, and Tubbs Hill, the tower offers an unparalleled blend of modern elegance and natural beauty. Constructed primarily with post-tensioned concrete, the project showcases superior structural integrity, with Garco self-performing all concrete structure work. The Thomas George Tower stands as a striking addition to the city's skyline. After the tour we will have a social hour in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
