The Washington State Legislature recently passed a bill (SSB 6192) that makes significant changes to change-order laws. AGC members are invited to join us for this May 8 webinar to get the latest info on this bill and its impacts to our industry. The bill applies change-order requirements, currently applied to public works, to private construction as well. It also adds specialty contractors and suppliers to change-order laws. In this webinar, Brett Hill of Ahlers Cressman & Sleight will describe the changes and discuss what general contractors, specialty contractors and suppliers need to do to be in compliance.
