Description

AGC Edge’s Project Manager Development Program is an interactive, construction-specific training designed by contractors for contractors. This virtual program helps construction professionals build the skills, tools, and confidence needed to manage projects successfully.

The program includes five courses covering the fundamentals of project management, including communication, planning, contracts, cost control, safety, quality, and project closeout. Participants will learn practical strategies they can apply directly to their work and gain a stronger understanding of how to lead projects from start to finish.

Courses are delivered live online through Zoom. A webcam is required for participation. Registration includes all participant materials.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to meetings@agc.org.

AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
