Overview

McKinstry’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Spokane, Washington, is a cornerstone of our mission to innovate waste and climate harm out of the built environment. Located at 9470 W 21st Ave, this 68,000-square-foot facility, opened in February 2024, represents one of the largest MEPFT (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology) manufacturing networks in the Pacific Northwest. Designed with sustainability and efficiency at its core, the Spokane shop triples our prefabrication capacity, delivering high-quality, modular components for projects nationwide.

Key Features

• Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities: Produces prefabricated sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems, ensuring precision and reliability. The facility supports modular construction, smart models, 3D printing, laser cutting, and assembly line kitting, doubling efficiency and enhancing project quality.
• Sustainability Focus: Operates as an all-electric facility with EV infrastructure for electric fleet vehicles, aligning with McKinstry’s Zero-Carbon Future goal. The shop is designed to address climate, affordability, and equity challenges in the built environment.
