L&I Education and Outreach Specialist Carya Bair will be presenting about the various state approved return-to-work policies including Job Modification, Stay at Work, and the Preferred Worker Program. She will be joined by Tim Berry who is part of the L&I Employer Incentives Outreach team.

Tim will be joining us virtually from his L&I office, but Carya is based here in the Tri-Cities and prior to joining L&I was the Business Engagement Manager for Benton Franklin Workforce Development Council.

Even if you already have a return to work policy in place consider attending.  This is a great opportunity for you to double-check that your program is meeting all of the standards and utilizing the tools L&I can provide for you and your employees as you work through the process.
