Description
Traffic Control Supervisors (TCSs) oversee traffic control operations in temporary work zones.
This 3 day certification class draws on the latest industry standards and best practices established at the state and federal levels. NOTE: This is an IN-PERSON class. Please make sure you have made arrangements to physically attend this classroom training.
What you’ll learn This course includes presentations, exercises, and references to federal and state highway construction and traffic control standards. Participants receive a comprehensive training manual and supplemental reference materials to assist with on-the-job practical issues and performance standards.

Schedule Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class so that you can get checked in. Your class is scheduled to last 8 hours each day, for 3 consecutive days. Morning and afternoon breaks, as well as a 30 minute lunch break, will be provided each day. On the final day of the course, you will take the Washington Traffic Control Supervisor certification exam.
