Since 1978, Garco Construction, Inc. (Garco) has been providing general contracting services for more than 2,000 projects throughout Washington and across the country. Garco has repeatedly made Engineering News Record’s Top 400 Contractors list for the United States. Garco self-performs a lot of work through its strong union workforce made up of five unions: ironworkers, cement masons, carpenters, operators and laborers. Some of the company's iconic projects include the One Spokane Stadium, Spokane Arena, Pavilion in the Park, McCarthey Athletic Center, University District Gateway Bridge, Spokane River East Trent Bridge and Ridgeline High School.
