The 206T Productivity and Cost Management STP Unit 5 online course is designed to teach the skills necessary to effectively control construction costs and time at the job site. 

206T is one of many estimating and costing courses offered by Construction Experts Inc. This class specifically focuses on construction cost and applies principles and practices associated with cost awareness and production control to different elements of a project.

 Cost control begins with the estimate then cost analysis, production scheduling, reporting, production control and ends with project evaluation.
