The Inland Northwest AGC Safety Forum meets monthly to discuss the latest safety issues affecting our members, share best practices, and serve as a networking opportunity for safety professionals.

This months topic: Washington State LNI legal update discussion and citation, presented by Brian Padgett, Attorney at Employers Solutions Law. 

Mr. Brian Padgett, is the owner and managing attorney of Employer Solutions Law and concentrates his practice primarily in employment law, workers’ compensation, workplace safety and fighting DOSH/WISHA compliance cases. Brian will be presenting information and soliciting a group discussion pertaining to new employment law updates and revisions to LNI standards which may have a significant impact on Washington contractors and current and future construction projects, including LNI compliance required of today’s contractors.
